Light snow has begun to mix with sleet, freezing rain, and rain across southern New Hampshire. Surface temperatures are just below freezing, so some icy conditions can be expected through the evening. A winter weather advisory has been issued to cover this threat.

Precipitation should wrap up before midnight, however that does not eliminate all hazards. Temperatures will rise above freezing for a time around midnight, but subsequently fall into the mid 20's by morning. Wet roads will freeze, and black ice could be an issue for the morning commute.
