The NAM has sped up a lot in the 06z run, confirming at least an inch of snow accumulation by 6am Wednesday. (Should support a cancellation Wednesday). Snow will fall moderate to heavy through 11am before mixing with sleet. Snow and sleet will fall through the early afternoon, with sleet and freezing rain right around the evening commute. All precipitation will change back to snow by 11pm Wednesday, and continue through early Thursday morning. (Confidence growing for a delay Thursday).

Total snow accumulations of 5" to 8" can be expected with a half inch to inch of sleet, and a tenth inch of icing.
