Cold air has been steadily seeping southward across western and central NY into northern PA, with widespread 30s now in those areas. Snow and sleet has been reported in portions of western NY with winds gusting around 30mph.

The cold front has yet to move east across New England and consequently temperatures across SNE have been steady (45 at KEEN). That should happen later tonight, and likely with a similar performance as it had to our west. Some snow in the higher elevations here still appears possible.
