With clear skies and calm winds, much of the region will radiate well tonight, allowing temperatures to drop to around 30 to 33. We could see widespread frost across NW MA (where there are currently freeze warnings) and SW NH after 1am and N MA after 3am (where there are frost advisories in effect).

A FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 8 AM
EDT FRIDAY.

THE FROST ADVISORY INCLUDES CHESHIRE...WESTERN AND CENTRAL
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTIES IN SOUTHWESTERN NEW HAMPSHIRE...NORTHERN
MIDDLESEX...NORTHERN WORCESTER...FRANKLIN...WESTERN HAMPSHIRE AND
WESTERN HAMPDEN COUNTIES IN CENTRAL AND WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS.

CLEAR SKIES AND DIMINISHING WINDS WILL ALLOW FOR NEARLY IDEAL
RADIATIONAL COOLING CONDITIONS ACROSS NORTHWEST MASSACHUSETTS AND
NEARBY SOUTHWEST NEW HAMPSHIRE. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP
INTO THE LOWER TO MID 30S FOR SEVERAL HOURS LATE TONIGHT ACROSS THE
ADVISORY AREA. THIS WILL RESULT IN A WIDESPREAD FROST.

A FROST ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN FROST IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
DURING THE GROWING SEASON. THOSE WITH AGRICULTURAL INTERESTS ARE
ADVISED TO HARVEST OR PROTECT TENDER VEGETATION. ALSO...POTTED
PLANTS NORMALLY LEFT OUTDOORS SHOULD BE COVERED OR BROUGHT INSIDE
AWAY FROM THE COLD.
