No time for a lengthy discussion - will have one tonight though.

Basically, water equivalent on track for around .4". Most of precip done by 10am. About 90% snow with 10:1 ratios. Other 10% will be some light freezing rain at the very end.

Final call:
Snow accumulation: 2.5" - 3.5"
Ice accretion: T
