The NAM has been consistent in placing max QPF of nera 1.00" over southern CT and RI with .25-.5 amounts across the rest of New England. The 00z GFS advertised a QPF max over MA, but the 06z backed south, similar to the NAM. The 850mb 0C contour is likewise further south. Right now, I am expecting .25 to .5" of water content in Keene. Precipitation will remain wintry for the duration of the storm. There is a possibility of freezing rain mainly between 3am and 9am. Heaviest precipitation will occur between 10pm and 4am. Snowfall forecast looks good for now, but raised ice accumulation a bit.

Snowfall forecast for 12z Sunday through 00z Tuesday: 1.5" - 2.5"
Ice accumulation forecast for 12z Sunday through 00z Tuesday: .15" to .2"

-note: map timescale should be 12z Sunday - 00z Tuesday 12/11.
