AT 4PM...THE WAS STILL CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY BUT THE COMBINED 12Z
MODEL QPFS...AND NEW 18Z NAM...HPC QPF...SWAYED ME TO CONVERTING THE
WATCH TO AN ADVY WHERE AM MOST CONFIDENT OF ACCUMS. NO GUARANTEE ON
THESE ACCUMS. WE GO ONE HOUR AT A TIME ON THIS. AM STILL NOT BELIEVING
THE NAM WARMUP IN BL THIS EVE. 18Z GFS NOW COLDER IN THE BL.

And this is my thinking for the most part as well. This will need to be played by the hour, so stay tuned here for model, and nowcast updates. Based on overall output, anything from 1 to 7 inches is game here.
